June 27th - July 1st 2016

Paris, France

Intrusion attempts are more and more frequent and sophisticated, regardless of their target (state or corporation). In this context, international hacking events are multiplying. A few events took place in France but until now, no one had covered hacking practices with a technical approach including both professional training and information aspects.

Hack In Paris aims at filling this gap. After the success of the latest edition with more than 400 attendees, this 5 days corporate event will be held for the sixth time in France, at la Maison De la Chimie, Paris. Hack In Paris attendees will discover the realities of hacking, and its consequences for companies. The program includes state of the art IT security, industrial espionage, penetration testing, physical security, forensics, malware analysis techniques and countermeasures.

Hack In Paris will be held from June 27th to July 1st, 2016 exclusively in English :

June 27th to 29th, three days of trainings by 12 security officers (CISOs, CIOs) and technical experts.
June 30th to July 1st, two days of talks given by international speakers and technical experts.

Sysdream is a French leading provider of IT security audits and security training. Founded by two security consultant coming from a fervent editorial team in charge of several newspapers (Hackerz Voice, Hackademy Journal), Sysdream was born to satisfy a growing need of competence transfer and audits (penetration testing) from the attacker point of view (offensive security or ethical hacking) for companies with important security requirements.

Since 2004, Sysdream has been hiring the best technical profiles in this area thankfully to the (white hat) hacker community initiated and maintained by their founders. They all have from 5 to 10 years of experience during which they actively participated in public research (technical articles publication, responsible disclosure) aiming at increasing the global security level of applications and information systems, either commercial or free.

This year, Sysdream offers you the bold and elegant architecture of an old mansion, combined with modern Art Déco. All in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
With 6 training rooms, a large dining hall, an amphitheater with more than 500 seats, the old building is equipped with modern technology that will ensure your comfort throughout the event.
Ladies and gentlemen, for Hack In Paris 2016, Sysdream welcomes you at la Maison de la Chimie!

You enter the main hall. On the walls, showcases display various minerals. The decoration reminds you that this place once was a mansion, with a touch of modernity. No doubt, you are at La Maison De la Chimie, where the next Hack In Paris edition will take place.

You go a few stairs up, go through a corridor, you are facing a door. Besides, a monitor displays "Room 101 - Training". Inside, you can smell the freshly applied beeswax on the old parquet. A large window overlooks the garden. Air conditioning, a video projector, U-tables and this empty chair. Will you sit at the center and give one of the Hack in Paris trainings?

Or will you be a speaker, welcomed by our team three days later? Will use these other stairs to the auditorium lobby? Will you stand on stage, and face these 500 red soft chairs?

This year, Hack In Paris team is looking for speakers and trainers interested in presenting their work in IT security research and innovation. Of course, we will provide you with a projector, Internet access, and our team will be available for you.
